Alfred Aldridge was baptised on 4th September 1864 at Graveley in Hertfordshire, son of Betsy Aldridge, formerly Moles, and her husband Alfred Aldridge, an agricultural labourer. Alfred appears in both the 1871 and 1881 censuses living with his parents and siblings in Graveley. He has yet to be researched after 1881.
