- Page 453.--18th August, 1767. Michal Neice (Niece) and Margret (Margaret) to Adam Painter, £215, 360 acres patented to Michael, 10th August, 1759.
Disposition of Land from Chalkley's:
- Page 430.--19th August, 1772. Adam Painter and Elizabeth ( ) to Jacob Myer, of Dunmore, patent to Michael Neice, 10th August, 1759, on north side of Alexander Painter's line. Delivered: Michael Hover, November Court, 1773.

- Vol. 1. - AUGUST 18, 1773. - (152) Following to be bound: Barbara Painter, to John Painter; Mathias Painter, to Christian Painter; Margaret Painter. to Nicholas Kern; Mary Painter, to Jacob Mayer. (Note: these appear to be the children of Adam Painter).
- Page 173.--16th November, 1773. Elizabeth Painter's bond (with Henry Lung, Henry Selzer) as administratrix of Adam Painter.
