May 1704; and he d. 20 Jan. 1750. But Stiles gives him third w. Mary,
d. of Richard Case, and ch. John, 10 Feb. 1707; and Elizabeth 7 Apr. 1709;

of Samuel of the same, m. 26 Apr. 1690, Sarah Winchell; had Samuel, b.
21 Jan. 1691; Sarah, 18 Aug. 1693; Lois, 14 July 1696; Damaris, 7 July
1699; Mary, 18 Aug. 1702; Jerusha, 8 Nov. 1705; and Josiah, 24 Aug. 1708. NATHANIEL,

17 Sept. 1650, wid. Elizabeth Copley, had Mary, b. 21 June 1651; Nathaniel, 2

for the correct. of old style 4 yrs. bef. aged 101 yrs. 4 mos. and ten days,
the oldest person that ever d. at N. NATHANIEL, Northampton s. of the
preced. m. 1676, Grace Martin, had Grace, b. 11 Nov. 1676, wh. d.
soon; Nathaniel, 1 nov. 1678, d. at 12 yrs.; Samuel, 9 Dec. 1680;
Lydia, 7 Jan. 1683; Grace, again, 10 Nov. 1685; Elizabeth 19 Feb. 1688;
Abigail, 3 Nov. 1690; Nathaniel, again, 13 Feb. 1693; Sarah, 8 May
1695; and Timothy, 1697. A well deriv. tradit. a. the mo. of these ch.
is worth insert. her lover in Eng. was false and m. ano. She left her
native ld. came to our country to relatives, the respectab. fam. of Marsh
of hadley, but in ignor. of their resd. or want of funds or both, on reach.
Boston, was in danger of being sold for her passage, bef. relief came from
her friends. One version of the story goes further, that she was sold;
