Upton upon Severn Rural District existed from 1894 until 1974 in Worcestershire, England. It was located to the southwest of the county town of Worcester with Malvern Link and Great Malvern to the northwest. Its western and southern boundaries are the counties of Herefordshire and Gloucestershire respectively. The parish of Upton upon Severn is in the centre of the rural district.

Two parishes in the south were transferred to Gloucestershire in 1931. The rural district was transferred to the Malvern Hills District, in Hereford and Worcester in 1974 and transferred back to Worcestershire within the same district in 1998 when the county of Hereford and Worcester was abolished.
