Edgcote is a village and civil parish now in the unitary authority of West Northamptonshire. From 1974 until April 2021 it was part of the South Northamptonshire District of Northamptonshire, England.

The parish is bounded by the River Cherwell to the north and by one of its tributaries to the east. The village is about 5.5 miles (9 km) northeast of Banbury in neighbouring Oxfordshire, and the southwestern boundary of the parish forms part of the county boundary.

According to the UK census of 2001, the population of the parish was 59. By the 2011 UK census, Edgcote had been merged into Chipping Warden, a neighbouring parish.
