Edgcote is a village and civil parish in the South Northamptonshire District in Northamptonshire, England. The parish is bounded by the River Cherwell to the north and by one of its tributaries to the east. The village is about 5.5 miles (9 km) north-east of Banbury in neighbouring Oxfordshire, and the southwestern boundary of the parish forms part of the county boundary.

According to the UK census of 2001, the population of the parish was 59.
