Christening[1] 25 Nov 1810 St Paul's Walden, Hertfordshire, England
Burial[2] 13 Jul 1834 St Paul's Walden, Hertfordshire, England

William Cain was baptised on 25th November 1810 at St Paul's Walden in Hertfordshire, the son of Mary Cain formerly Parsons and her husband Henry Cain, a tanner.

William died as a young man of 23, being found dead in his bed. An inquest was held into his death, which was reported in the County Press on 19th July 1834. It appears William had been prone to fits, and the inquest seems to have concluded that one of these fits killed him. He was buried at St Paul's Walden on 13th July 1834, with the burial record giving his abode as the workhouse.
