Facts and Events
This man's position in this database is conjectural for now. He accompanied William and John Barker to Ann Arbor in 1851, at which time all three filed for citizenship at the Circuit Court. In the ledger book, the final three entries are as follows: William Barker, Thomas King and John Barker. It is possible, though unlikely that Thomas is not related, but merely a friend of the Barkers. Depending on further research, he is likely to be found to be a sibling of the King's, though he could be the father or another relative. On the 1880 census is a Thomas L.
