After her first husband, John Belford, died, Susan married Daniel Kimble 7 Apr 1904. This was a second marriage for both Susan and Daniel in their later years and they had no children together. Susan is the only Grandmother that William Otha Kimble, remembered as Daniel Kimble's first wife, Hannah Yoak, died when Otha was only one. He remembered that she always kept peppermint sticks on the mantle for the children. Hannah Jane (Belford) Jackson cared for her mother, Susan Norman, during her last months and Susan died at the Jackson home at Big Springs, Calhoun County, WV.
