Further Clarification Needed

Vernon church records list the baptism of Sarah KEENEY in 1768 and her marriage to Daniel Dorchester in 1784. The Dorchester genealogy says she m2. Uriah HANKS, and the age of his widow Sarah on her cemetery inscription is the right age for Sarah KEENEY. Nothing contradictory so far.

It's puzzling, however, that the marriage record of Uriah and Sarah calls her "Sally Kenny, of Hartford" instead of Sarah Dorchester which would have been her name at that time if she were the widow of Daniel. An article about the Hanks family in NEHGR 86:21 said that Uriah married second "Sally (Fitch) (Dorchester) Henry, widow of Mansfield." There's nothing to indicate where the name Fitch came from, Dorchester would have been from her first marriage, and Henry may be a misreading of Keeney.
