Genealogy has been a passion for over 20 years, and I am serious about being accurate. My goal is tracing my ancestors back to the immigrants to America, and almost all came from the British Isles with the exception of a Dutch branch or two. My paternal line came to Virginia and Maryland, then migrating to Kentucky and Missouri. My maternal line came to Massachusetts (several Mayflower ancestors), then to Connecticut, New York, and finally California.
I am a retired technical writer.
