General Notes: Samuel Bratton was one of the early Pennsylvania Brattons, probably in Chester County, which indicates they may have entered the Colonies through the Port of Philadelphia. His sons were early settlers in the Juniata River Valley, PA.

Samuel married Jenie ARMSTRONG in 1732 in Chester County, Pennsylvannia. Jenie was born about 1716 in Pennsylvania.
