To Elizabeth, d. o. my dec'd bro. Benjamin Warfield & widow of Henry Ridgely dec'd, my right to 1/2 Wincopin Neck willed her by her s'd father.
To son & extr., Alexander Warfield, negro man Toby & 10 % of the e. for his trouble.
To grdson John Davidge & grddau. Ann Griffith, each 30 sh. for a ring.
To Richard Yeates, s. o. my cousin Joshua Yeates, a cow & calf.
To grdson Basil Warfield, negro boy Charles, my watch, & the bed I lie in.
Of the residue of my p. e., 1/3 apiece to son Alexr. Warfield & dau. Ruth Hall, 1/3 of the remaining 1/3 to dau. Lydia Ridgely & the other 2/3 equ. div. betw. Lucy Ridgely, Samuel Stringer, Anne Coale, & Richard Stringer, chldn. of s'd dau. Lydia, when they come to age.
