Warfield, Alexander, A. A. Co., 21st Feb., 1733; 11th June, 1740.
To daus. Rachel, Sarah and Katherine, personalty.
To son Samuel, 380 A. "Bonds Discovery," 50 A. "Warfields Addition." At his death to pass to his sons John and Samuel. They to allow their mother Sarah to live on it during life.
To son Alexander and hrs., plantation where he now dwells. Part of "Venison Park" on Patuscan R. Shd. he die without hrs. to pass to son Absolute.
To son Absolute, remainder of "Venison Park," with the exception of 400 A. already made over to Edward and Philip.
To son. Richard dwelling plantation, at death of his mother. He to be of age at 18.
To wife Sarah, 1/3 personal estate.

    The son of Captain Richard & Elinor (Browne) Warfield of Warfield Plantation located near Millersville in Anne Arundel Co MD, Alexander married Sarah Elizabeth Pierpont in 1700 in Millersville, Anne Arundel Co MD, the daughter of Henry & Elizabeth (Larkin) Pierpont of Diamond Plantation near South River, in Anne Arundel Co MD.

    Alexander was baptized at All Hallow's Parish Church in Anne Arundel Co MD. He was named for his father's half-brother, who still resided in England. He was a surveyor by trade.

    "Alexander was the third named son and first named overseer of his father's will. He was given a tract of land called "Brandy" which included two plantations...; one-fifth of the residue of the estate and a ring."
