- To grandson Beale Warfield, plantation where son Philemon now lives, tract "Wincopen Neck," reserving to his mother formerly Onner Warfield but now Oner Wilkins, one third part of above land and houses, tract "Barehills, 14 acres during her life then to grandson Beale Warfield.
- To Residue of my estate to be divided in eleven parts as follows:
