- Left his “loving wife Ann” the plantation
- Sons Richard and John listed as heirs, left Richard a gun and 10 shillings and John 10 shillings to buy a ring
- Executrix: wife Ann Branham.

Disambiguation
Some sources claim that Richard Branham's wife was Ann Hobbs, but this appears to be in error (see Talk Page).
