- Page 376.--4th April, 1801. John Askins' will--To Darby Halbert; to brother Philip Askins' only son. Executors, John Buchanan and William Brown, Sr. Teste: John Buchanan, Robt. Bailey. Proved, 23d July, 1804. Executors refuse. Administration granted Mark Hatton.
