Mrs. Myrta Augusta Wariner, 72, died Saturday at her home, 435 N. Ballard, where she had been living for the past 10 months.

Mrs. Wariner was born in Pottsboro. She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints.

Mrs. Wariner had lived in Texas most of her life except for a 27 -year period when she resided in California. She had moved to Pampa from there 10 months ago.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints with Elder James Waldrop officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery with Duenkel-Carmichael Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her husband, Newton L. Wariner; four sons, Alvah Wariner of Dover, New Jersey, Leo Wariner of Los Vegas, Nevada; N. J. Wariner of Lefors, and Cecil of Castle Rock, Colorado. Five daughters, Mrs. E. B. Brown of Odessa, Mrs. Ed Lark of Fort Worth, Mrs. Olin Chadwell of Santa Ana, California and Mrs. Clayton Pearson of Pampa; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Nelson and Mrs. Josie Wright of Plainview, and Mrs. Ella Harper of Hereford. One brother, Gus Hogue of California; 45 grandchild red and 28 great -grandchildren.
