Located in 1810, 20 & 30 census (KY, Jessamine). 1810 census shows 4 children (boys - 1, girls - 3). There is an Elizabeth SPENCER (b. 1879, VA) in the 1840, 50 & 60 census (IN, Jefferson) who may be Moses' wife. The 1840 census shows one male 40-50, females: 1 less than 5, 1 15-20 and 1 20-30. The 1850 census shows her living with Joshua SPENCER (b. 1829, KY) and the 1860 census with Margaret CARLINGER.

Possibly came Sullivan Co., IN in 1829.
