Mary Cecilia Rhodesia Hamilton[5] was born 21 January 1896[2] (registered in the district of St George Hanover Square, co. London).[1]

A marriage license was issued 21 May 1917 in Ottawa, co. Carleton, Province of Ontario, to Robert Orlando Rodolph Kenyon-Slaney of Ottawa and Mary Cecilia Rhodesia Hamilton of London, England. They were married 24 May 1917, in Ottawa, by John Charles Roper, Bishop of Ottawa (Church of England). It was witnessed by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire.
