In the Name of God, Amen. this Seventh Day of May One Thousand Seven Hundred & Eighty One I Widow Mary Brigham of Sudbury in the County of Middlesex in the Commnowealth of Massachusetts Being sick in Body but of Good & Perfect Memory Thanks be to Allmighty God & Caling to Remembrance the Uncertain Estate of this Transitory Life And that all Flesh Must yield unto Death when it shall Please God to Call Do make & declare this my Last will & Testament in Manner & form Following First being Penitent & Sorrow for all my Sins Most Humbly Desiring Forgiveness for the same I Commend my Soul unto Almighty God my Saviour & Redeemer in whom & by whose merits I trust & Believe Assuredly to be Saved & to Have full Remission & forgivenss of All my Sins & to Inherit the Kingdom of Heaven & my Body I Commit To the Earth to be Decently Buried at the Discretion of my Executor Hereafter Named & for the Settling of my Temporal Estate & such Goods Chattles & Debts as it hath Pleased God to Bestow upon me I do Order and Give & Dispose the Same in Manner & form following

first I Give and Bequeath to my Beloved Son John Brigham five Shillings

Secondly I Give & Bequeath to my Beloved son Samuel Brigham five Shillings

Thirdly I Give & Bequeath to my Beloved Son Hosea Brigham five Pounds

Forthly I gve & Bequeath to my Beloved son Joel Brigham five Pounds Each of the Above Sums as good as in the year 1775

fifthly I Give & Bequeath to my Beloved Son Jonas Brigham the Improvment of my thirds this Present Year and forever [plus] the Outdoor Moovibles Two Cows Two Cedar Barrels And One Meat Tub

Sixthly To my Beloved Daughter Martha Goodenow I Give and Bequeath the Largest Puter Platter & a Newish Coverlet

Seventhly I Give & Bequeath to my Beloved Daughter Sarah Willis the Second Largest Puter Platter Loocking glass a Square Bottle & a Wine Glass

Eightly I Give & Bequeath to my Beloved Daughter Phebe Hubbard my New Coverlet

Ninthly I Give & Bequeath to my Beloved Daughter Hannah Gleason One Puter Platter & Three Puter Plates Great Wheel a foot wheel a Square Glass Bottle frying Pan wineglass Black Silk Apron Black Silk Handkerchief Black fan Gold Nubs & Dish kittle

Tenthly I Give & Bequath to my Beloved Grandaughter Mary Willis one Quart Puter Dish

Eleventhly I Give & Bequeath To my Beloved Granddaughter Molly Gleason Two Puter Plates

Twelthly the Remainder of my Goods Chattles & Debts I Give & Bequeath to be Equally Divded Between my Beloved Daughters Namely Mary Balcom Martha Goodenow Sarah Willis Phebe Hubbard & Hannah Gleason and I hereby make & appoint My Loving Son in Law Rheuben Willis full & Sole Executor of this my Last will & Testament Hereby Revoking Disannuling & making void All former Wills & Bequests by me made & Declaring this only to be My Last will & Testament in Witness whereof I Have Here unto Sett my Hand and Seal -
