She is mentioned in the 1840 affidavit of James Warder and Nuton Ford recorded in Order Book 4, pages 109 and 110, Harrison County Clerk's Office, Clarksburg, WV. She apparently died sometime between 1860 and 1865 in Gilmer County, WV as her husband remarried in 1865 in that county; married 01 Mar 1810 in Harrison County, Virginia to Lewis Woodyard, son of Lewis and Mary Woodyard, born 1789, Fauquier County, Virginia. On 04 October 1826, he received his portion of his father's land located along the Tygart Valley River in Harrison County, VA along with his brothers and sisters, namely: Jesse Woodyard, Moses Woodyard, Catharine Woodyard, and Mary Woodyard. He died on 18 Aug 1871 in the Hilly Upland section of Lewis County, WV of old age as reported by his son, G.W. Woodyard. After Mary (Ford) Woodyard's death, Lewis Woodyard remarried to Racheal Hacker, a widow, on 06 Aug 1865 in Gilmer County, WV
