Lucy and Sally, the two wives of Daniel Minkler, were sisters. On the 1880 census, her daughter Clara said Lucy was born in New York.
Although the death date I found for Lucy was in the 1850's, she is on the 1860 census. By 1870, Daniel was married to Sally.
