  9. The book of Henry Allen Smith provides a birth date, but it makes no sense as it's a date after her father has married another woman and shortly before the birth of Sally's half-sister. The 1829 year from the 1900 census makes more sense.
  10. Original information on this page said Peaks Cemetery, Erie, Ohio, United States, but the obituary record says Ceylon Cemetery.
