Rites Thursday For Mrs. Slabik, Geneseo

Geneseo, N.D.--Funeral services will be at 9:15 a.m. Thursday in St. Martin's church for Mrs. Julia Slabik, 54, lifelong resident here who died Saturday of a heart ailment, in a Breckenridge, Minn., hospital. S. Walby funeral home of Lidgerwood, N. D., is in charge. Mrs. Slabik was born in Geneseo Feb. 25, 1892. Her husband preceded her in death. She leaves three sons, Lawrence and Peter of Geneseo and Frank of Engelwood, Calif.; seven daughters, Victoria, Mary, Anna and Barbara, at home, Mrs. Albina Gottfried, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Elizabeth Neiber and Mrs. Monica Haase, both of Lidgerwood; her mother, Mrs. Lena Bauch, Chicago; two brothers, John and Lawrence Bauch, Geneseo, and five sisters, Mrs. Joseph Theusch, Geneseo, Mrs. Lewis Slabik and Mrs. Donna Stahnke, Chicago, and Mrs. I. Panpuch and Mrs. Ignatz Panpuch, Independence, Wis.
