John Bauch Rites To Be Saturday At St. Martin's

Funeral services for John G. Bauch will be held at St. Martin's Catholic church in Geneseo at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, January 3. The Rev. Stanislaus Duda will officiate and pallbearers will be Andrew Bauch, Peter Bauch, Louis Scheveck, John Kaczynski, Joe Nogowski and Leonard Lawrence. Interment will be at the church cemetery and Walby funeral home is in charge of arrangements. John Bauch died in Chicago, Ill., where he had made his home for the last seven years on December 29. He is survived by four sons, Lloyd, Lorin, John, and James, all of Chicago; one daughter, Mrs. Charles Knutson, Jr., Minneapolis, Minn.; one brother, Lawrence of Cayuga; five sisters, Mrs. Joe Theusch, Geneseo, Mrs. Louis Slabik and Mrs. Arnold Staehnke, both of Chicago, and Mrs. Ignatz Pampuch and Mrs. Isador Pampuch, both of Independence, Wis., and five grandchildren. Born July 13, 1896, John Bauch married Agnes Nogowski on October 8, 1921, and they lived in the Geneseo vicinity until her death in April of 1944.
