Joyner", dated 8 May 1733, names daughter Sarah Heald entire estate, protecting especially "ye Houshold Stuff which came by my Wife her Mother" even if real estate had to be sold for debts or "for ye subsistence & well educating of my s'd Daughter Sarah Heald during her Minority". If Sarah dies, "disposed of according to Law; Except ye Goods or houshold Stuff ... w'ch came by my Wife deceas'd" which go to "Elizabeth Fletcher of Wesford & Abigail Pomeroy of Suffield ye Surviving sisters of my Wife". "Trusty friend & Neighbour Josiah Burg of Wesford" sole executor.

  5.   Josiah Heald received a share of his father's real estate in 1723. As cited, Hodgman mentions the Josiah of Westford, but has no information about his origins. However, his probate ties the Josiah of Westford to the Josiah of Concord because his brother Timothy was the guardian of his orphaned daughter, and then when Timothy d. 1736, his brother John took over as guardian.
