20 Mar 1722/23: Bond of David Whitaker of Concord as guardian of Samuel in or abt his seventeenth[,] To Amos in or abt his fifteenth year of age[,] severally at their own Election[,] & with Consent of their mother By me Special authority To Ephraim abt twelves years old[,] Three Children of the late Mr John Heald of Concord
15 Aug 1723: Set out for the widow Mary Heald for her Dow[e]r, Johns land (eldest), set of[f] for Josiah 3rd, seat out for Samll (a minor), remainder of real estate seat out for Timothy 2nd. Children to have no land (paid by others): Amos 5th, Ephraim 6th, Mary wife of John Parling, Elisabeth, Dorcas, Unice. Signed by Mary Heald for her selfe and Guard'n for Dorcas & Unice, Mary Parling, Elizabeth Heald, David Whitaker G'n/o 3 youngest sons, John Parling in right of Mary his wife, Timothy Heald, Josiah Heald.
3 Sep 1742: "Hannah Heild of Concord ... Relict widow of Timotohy Heild Dec" conveys to "my Children Timothy, Simon, Stephen, Thomas, Josiah, Ebenezer & Hannah Heild ... two Shares in the thirds of my mother Mary Heild, widow, in the real Estate of her Husband Mr John Heild Dec'd: which shares I purchased of Ephraim Heild and of William and Dorcas Fletcher. Also I give to said Children above named equally my whole right of Dower and power of thirds in the real Estate of my husband Timothy Heild abovesaid Dec'd..."
