John Weir's land (Borden Tract NE, Two Tracts: 1) 201 acres, patented on 17 August 1765; 2) 266 acre tract (mis-labeled as 250 acres on the Hildebrand Map), acquired from William Lockridge and Agnes on 23 October 1765.) as shown on the map meticulously drawn by J.R. - Page 156.--17th August, 1765. Same (From Borden's Executors) to John Weir, £35, 201 acres, part of 92100; Wm. McCandless' corner. Delivered: Jno. Weir, February, 1783. (Note: this record was listed consecutively with John's brother, Joseph Weir, who acquired an adjoining 199-acre tract).
