- ↑ Description: raised their own meat on a farm
- ↑ Betty: Yep. We used to go down there every- quite a bit in the summertime. We'd go down and visit. And, uh, we got, you know, we got meat that we didn't have at home.
Jessica: Uh huh.
Betty: They had, they raised their own- own beef, and their own pigs and stuff.
Beth: So you'd get to eat meat when you went.
