From the newspaper indexes at the Springfield library. I don’t have the exact citation, because my mom didn’t copy that page.
- ↑ Description: Daisy and Harve Price hosted square dances at their house, with Harve playing the fiddle and calling the dance
- ↑ Daisy Price, she was married to Ruth's father, Harve. Harve Price. And they had country dances. They lived in the country and he played the fiddle and called square dances and they had big get-togethers every weekend. And they danced at Daisy's house. And us kids would just crawl in bed when we got sleepy. And, oh, they were close. They were real close.
