Facts and Events
Frederick Neal was born on 14th December 1860 at Flamstead in Hertfordshire, the son of a straw hat sewer named Ann Neal, formerly Foster, and her husband Thomas Neal, an agricultural labourer.
Frederick appears with his parents and siblings living in Flamstead in both the 1861 and 1871 censuses. He has yet to be traced after 1871.
