No children.Left his estate to the children of his sister, Rebecca Bondurant.He is listed in Bondurant Family Bible at Virginia State Library.Only one of his brothers/sisters listed indicating the close relationship between Francis Walker and family of Samuel and Rebecca Bondurant.
Will of Francis Walker:
"Last will and testament of Francis Walker.After the payment of my just debts, I will and bequeath to my Niece, Mary Ann Bondurant, Wife of Thomas Bondurant, and at her death to her children, a Negro woman named Sophia, the balance of my property I will and bequeath to the children of Samuel and Rebecca Bondurant, deceased, to be equally divided among them, when the youngest shall become of age or married. The management of said property I wish to be retained in the hands of Thomas Bondurant until divided.Witness my hand and seal the 28th day of May 1843.
