Francis Robert Hutchinson was born in 1873 at Sunderland in County Durham, son of Mary McDonald and Robert Hutchinson, a papermaker. Sadly, Francis died as a child of just nineteen months old, being buried at Bishopwearmouth Cemetery on 12th October 1874.
