Disambiguation

Many researchers have confused this Elijah McClanahan with his father, Elijah McClanahan, (Olde Elijah). According to several McClanahan researchers it was THIS Elijah McClanahan that married Letitia Breckenridge in 1749 in Augusta County, Virginia and not his father. Additional research and records are needed to support and document this family.
