Elijah McClenachan's will--To wife, Margaret, for her use and two youngest daughters till they marry, also the weaver shop; to son, Elijah; to daughters, Elizabeth and Letucann; son Elijah to take care of apprentice John Foster. Teste: David Williams, Alex. Buchanan, David Buchanan.
- Page 223.--2d May, 1794. Codicil to above--To daughter, Elizabeth, now married to Jno. Tate; to wife, Margaret; to son, Elijah; to daughter, Letucann; to daughter, Margaret Mays. Executor, son Elijah. Teste: Alex. Buchanan, David, and Jean Buchanan. Proved, June Court, 1796, by David and Alex. Buchanan. Elijah qualifies

S. 97--Bill, 1806, by Thomas Caldwell and Lattice Ann, his wife, and Margaret McClanahan, daughter and wife of Elijah McClanahan, deceased, testate, in Augusta to settle Hugh McDowell's estate. [Record proves that Lattice, daughter of Elijah Caldwell married Thomas Caldwell].
