    Will of "Daniel Hatch of Eaton ... being weak in body", dated 9 Jun 1834, proved 21 Dec 1835, names daughter Lorena; daughter Mary; daughter Laura; daughter Sally; daughter Luanda; daughter Naomi; son Daniel; wife [name not specified]. John Smitzer, Clement Leach and Nath'l Kindrick executors.
    7 Nov 1835: assent of Daniel Fuller & Lorena his wife of Onada county [rest of Madison County]; Naomi Hatch; Daniel Hatch; John Smitzer & Mary his wife; Clement Leach & Laura his wife; Luanda Hatch.
    21 Dec 1835: assent of Lemuel Fetch & Sally his wife only other heir. Clement Leach was sworn and said Daniel Hatch died in the town of Eaton on the first day of September 1835. Witnesses sworn, will allowed.

  4. Jeremiah's will in 1808 names his son Daniel between Asa and Ira. The dates on this page come from an AFN, which are in general notoriously un-credible. No such birth and death records are found, nor is Daniel found in the 1850 census, which he should have been if he did not die until 1856.
