Copied from RootsWeb submitted by - Linda Mauregard The 1880 Iowa census puts Charles Royal. at 5 years old.Roy, the youngest of Robert's sons, continued to farm the land his father had purchased years ago. He prospered and purchased more farms, but lost them all when farm prices fell drastically.About 1924 the farm was sold and the family moved to Osceola, Iowa.
