    22 Jan 1747 [21st year of reign, so between 11 Oct 1747 and 10 Oct 1748, so 1747/48]: Benjamin Houghton of Bolton yeoman for £55 conveys to Joseph Moore of Lancaster one half share in Lot No. 6 of the estate of William Houghton Deceased, and all right that I had or ought to have in my Aunt Experience Houghtons Thirds.
    [Note: compare to deed for the other half share cited on Sarah Houghton's page. Lot No. 6 was apparently the one set off to the heirs of Joseph Houghton.]
