Information on Andrew Gilliland
- Andrew Gilliland son of Samuel Gilliland, and his wife Elizabeth (Edmonston) was born 1778 in Greenbrier Co. W. Va. and died 21 August 1832 probably in Pickaway Co. although there was nothing found on him in the court records there. He married to Mary Williams, daughter of John Williams. The marriage date has never been found. Her grave marker was not found either, but Andrew Gilliland is burried in Fitzgerald cemetery beside his father, Samuel, just over the county line between Pickaway and Madison county. He possibly lived in Darby township, which is just over the county line in Pickaway county. This is where his father and mother lived at the time of Samuel's death.
