The ceremony was performed by William McKay, Minis ter of the Gospel, United Baptist, at Franklin Co., Mo. H e was probably serving Little Meramec Church in Lonedell. A bigail was Silas` second wife. He was married first on 22 N ov. 1860 to Cynthia Jane Beeler. After Abigail`s death, h e married third on 26 Dec. 1869, Jefferson Co., MO to Rebec ca Ann Short, Abigail`s cousin. Rebecca was b. 3 Jun 1849 , Franklin Co., MO; d. 9 Jul 1914 in Houston, Texas Co., MO , at age 65. He married fourth on 24 Dec. 1914 to Mariba Hu ghes Flowers.
