    MARRIAGE LICENSE
    The State of Ohio, Trumbull County ss.
    Personally appeared Homer A Winans and made application for a MARRIAGE LICENSE for himself and Mary Brodswoard of the township of Ellsworth in said county, and made solemn oath that he the said Homer A is of the age of twenty-one years and that the said Mary is of the age of eighteen years; and that they are both single and not of nearer of kin than first cousins; that he knows of no legal impediment against their being joined in marrige.
