Obituary for Homer A. Winans

Issue: Fri, 1 Oct 1886

"Mr. H.A. Winans, an old citizen of Ellsworth Township, died on Tuesday, from the effects of a stroke of paralysis, aged about 70 [65] years. Funeral services were held on Thursday."

"The funeral service over the remains of H.A. Winans were conducted at the M.E. Church an hour previous to Eugene Broadsword, Rev. M.J. Grable of Canfield officiating. An uncle and a nephew buried on the same day is rather unusual occurrences."
