Hello, I noticed you've added John Champion and his wife Elizabeth as parents to Winifred Champion, but both John and Elizabeth were born AFTER Winifred, so they could not have been her parents, unless their birthdates are incorrect. Accordingly, I've removed Winifred as a child of this family. If you have any records/sources to prove the parentage of Winifred, please be sure to add it to your Person or Family Pages as you add them to WeRelate.

John Allen and Sarah Woodson [28 March 2013]

Hello again, we noticed a family you added to WeRelate: John Allen and Sarah Woodson. You show their marriage as occuring in 1720, and Sarah Woodson as being born in 1710, making her just 10 years old at her marriage. Obviously, this is incorrect and needs to be corrected. Please check your sources and see if you have dates that appear plausible.

Addition of William Porter as father of Sarah Porter [1 April 2013]

Hello, we noticed that you've added William Porter as the father of Sarah Porter, who married Benjamin Lewis Woodson. In order for William to have been Sarah's father, he would have been born no later than 1648 (assuming he was just 20 years old at his marriage), and you've indicated that he died in "abt. 1758" in Henrico County, Virginia, thereby making him at least 110 years old when he died. Could you please check your sources and see if you have any records to substantiate these dates? We'd appreciate it if you could add sources to substantiate your information added to WeRelate, whenever possible, since it makes your additions more credible.
