Syracuse Herald Journal, 12 June 1946: MRS. JOHNSON IS DEAD AT 59 Munnsville-- Mrs. Zeona Gates Johnson, 59, widow of Seymour Johnson, died in a Utica hospital today. Mrs. Johnson was born in Verona Aug. 16, 1896 [!], daughter of Ace and Electa Collins. She is survived by four children, Mrs. Clarence Whipple and Mrs. John Dohenhausen[i.e. Bobenhousen], both of Munnsville; Mrs. Stewart Punstra [i.e. Peenstra] of Camillus and Alvin Gates of Binghamton; one sister, Mrs. Jennie Becker of North Bay; three brothers, Walter Collins of North Bay, Eugene C. Collins of Blossville and Grover Collins of Syracuse. Funeral services will be... Friday... Burial will be in Barnevelt.
