Syracuse Post Standard, 6 Jan 1998: CLARIBEL I. WHIPPLE Claribel I. Whipple, 89, of 109 Stone St. died Monday at Oneida Healthcare Center. Born in South Trenton, she lived in Oneida 32 years. She was a teacher's aide in the Utica-Vienna area, and a private-duty nurse for many years. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventists. Her husband, Clarence, died in 1970. Surviving are a son, Donald R. Lee of Oneida Castle; a daughter, Arlene Whipple Goodell of Oneida; two sisters, Ruth Esther Bobenhausen of Westmoreland and Reba Zeona Peenstra of Fulton; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services are 3 p.m. Wednesday at Fiore Funeral Home. Burial is in Stockbridge Cemetery
