Personal History

William Foster, second son of Amos Foster and Hannah (Merrill), was born 10 April 1756, in Tewksbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay.[1][2] He died 16 March 1821, in the same town, in Massachusetts, of apoplexy.[3]

William Foster and Olive Harwood were married 11 May 1784, in Tewksbury. The town records of Tewksbury list the births of their children, Olive, William, and Lucy.

William inherited an equal share (one eleventh) of his father's estate in 1799.
