Most of the family went to Hillsdale County, but one son was in Leslie, Ingham County.
William was naturalized 17 June 1859, while his brother George may have waited until 2 April 1864. Please note there was another Daniels family in Blackman Twp. - John Daniels was one of the early settlers. There does not appear to be a connection between the two families.
