Uther was an early settler of the Twin Falls area and helped grubsagebrush from the present townsite of Twin Falls and helped clearthe first tract of land to be farmed. He was in Oakley, Idaho in 1901and T.F.Idaho in 1902. He lived in the Snake River Canyon where atone time he raised turkeys.
