It appears that the father of Lewis Meadors was Harrison W.Meadors/Meadows according to the 1850 Census. While visiting Salem, Indiana historical society museum this past July I found a copy of Guardianship papers appointing guardianship of Lewis H., Nancy Jane, Green, Harris minor heirs of Harrison Meadors to Thomas M. Meadors dated 16 April 1855.
